A glimpse into what I love to explore through doll photography. From bucolic portraits to romantic scenes, with touches of old Hollywood and darker, more gothic atmospheres, my work reflects an eclectic visual universe.Through light, textures and contrasts, I enjoy shifting between softness and intensity, intimacy and theatricality, always guided by mood and emotion.
Little Moments is a doll photography book made of 23 double-page stories capturing my dolls living their poetic weekend. Each scene explores quiet, everyday moments : napping, daydreaming, cooking or simply spending time together, with a focus on stillness, details and the beauty of small things.Through miniature settings, soft light and carefully composed images, I try to create a world that feels both intimate and slightly suspended in time.52 pages, 21,6 × 27,9 cm

I have been collecting fashion dolls since 2017, with a special focus on dolls created by Integrity Toys, a brand I deeply admire.Over time, my collection has become more than a set of objects. Each doll carries her own presence, mood and aesthetic, and gradually evolves into a character through light, styling and atmosphere.I also imagine backgrounds and subtle personalities for them, allowing each scene to feel more alive and emotionally grounded.Let me introduce you to some of the muses behind my doll photography. These ones have appeared (sometimes more than once) in my book Little Moments, but many others are still waiting in the shadows, ready to be revealed.Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Integrity Toys, Inc. or any other brand.

I’m Nel,
a photographer of still moments, with a restless and curious mind.By day, I work as a civil servant, quietly dreaming of escape.
By night, I create tiny worlds with my dolls; delicate scenes filled with softness, contrast, and imagination.I photograph high-fashion dolls not only for their beauty, but for the stories they allow me to tell: melancholic dancers, dreamy sisters, silent heroines, and wild hearts placed in quiet, cinematic spaces. My work moves between fragility and intensity, softness and edge, just like the music I listen to, from pop to heavy metal, and the stories I love, often shaped by atmosphere and emotion.

I live in France with my husband, surrounded by books, music, and three cats who believe they rule the house (and they probably do).Welcome to my little corner of beauty, imagination, and gentle contradictions.
